Sometimes we look at sights in nature but don't really see. While hiking in the woods the other day, it became a realization that we need to open our heart and eyes to see the beauty of the simple things in nature with each season. There is so much order and purpose in His creation. God has given us awesome beauty in this world to see and enjoy... if we would but stop to see and feel it. Dinner at the Payne's



Last night Mike and I enjoyed another wonderful evening and great experience at Rainbow Plantation. We were invited by Norm and Linda Payne to their home for dinner. Norm and Linda built their beautiful home a little over a year ago (I believe) in what I call the residential area of the Plantation. They still have their Dutch Star and it sits “ready to roll” right next to the garage. In front of Norm and Linda’s motorhome is parked the motorhome of Don and Gloria Martin. Gloria is Norm’s sister. Don and Gloria own a Journey by Winnebago.



Mike and I were joined by Gene and Judi Curp, Don and Gloria for dinner. We visited for a while and then we had a delicious dinner. Norm & Linda were such gracious hosts. After dinner we listened to the rv stories of Norm & Linda as well as Don & Gloria. We laughed a lot and became envious and anxious for all the places they have been. What a vast array of experiences they have!

We enjoyed a wonderful evening with the three couples and are so humbled by the warmth of Norm & Linda as they opened their home and hearts to us.
